The Role
We're looking for an Agentic-Led Social Media Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City — someone who runs social media as a system, not a series of one-off posts. You'll direct AI agents to research trends, draft content, repurpose assets across formats, and track what's working — then apply your own judgment to make it land.
This isn't a role for someone who manually captions photos one at a time. You'll build repeatable AI-assisted workflows that let one person punch far above their weight across multiple brand channels.
What You'll Do
- ▶ Use AI agents to research content opportunities, draft posts, and repurpose long-form content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and TikTok
- ▶ Build and maintain a consistent publishing cadence across multiple brand accounts using scheduling tools + AI-generated queues
- ▶ Monitor performance metrics, identify what's working, and feed those signals back into the content pipeline
- ▶ Engage with audiences and communities — replies, DMs, comments — using AI drafts that you review and personalise before sending
- ▶ Coordinate with the broader team on campaigns, launches, and brand moments, translating briefs into published content fast
Who You Are
- ✓ An active AI tool user — you already use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to draft, research, and iterate on content daily
- ✓ Platform-native — you know what works on LinkedIn vs. Instagram vs. TikTok and why, without having to look it up
- ✓ A strong editor — you can take an AI draft and make it sound human, on-brand, and actually good in under 5 minutes
- ✓ Systems-oriented — you think in workflows, not one-off tasks; you'd rather build something repeatable than do it manually three times
- ✓ Proactive about performance — you check the numbers, form a view on what they mean, and act on it without being told
Experience (Preferred, Not Required)
- ○ Prior social media management — personal brand, brand account, or agency side
- ○ Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Metricool, or similar)
- ○ Basic design sensibility — Canva or similar for visual assets; you don't need to be a designer but you can tell what looks right
- ○ Comfortable in async, remote-first environments; strong written English
