Product Manager — AI-Native

We The Flywheel (WTF) is a private digital product studio active across sports media, technology, fitness, and personal branding. We operate 500+ web properties across 42 markets and are deeply embedded in AI-native workflows. Our HQ is remote-first with team members in Vietnam, Europe, the Balkans, and Latin America.

The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), District 2 to own the feature roadmap and oversee product development for one of our product lines. You'll work hands-on with AI engines to shape, plan, implement, test, operate, and learn from product iterations — and collaborate with a broader PM team to identify synergies and cross-marketing opportunities.

This is a hybrid role — primarily remote with regular in-person collaboration at our Saigon D2 workspace. You'll have the advantage of working face-to-face with our founding team, participating in product sessions, and building strong working relationships with the local team while maintaining the flexibility of remote work.

What You'll Do

• ▶ Manage the feature roadmap and oversee product development end to end
• ▶ Prioritize features, fixes, and experiments based on data and user feedback
• ▶ Drive growth and marketing efforts for your product line
• ▶ Identify and validate product-market fit through rapid iteration
• ▶ Work closely with the product owner and implementation team
• ▶ Operate AI engines directly — shape, plan, implement, test, operate, and learn from product iterations
• ▶ Collaborate with the broader PM team to find synergies and cross-marketing opportunities

Experience (Preferred, Not Required)

• ○ Product management or product ownership experience
• ○ Familiarity with agile or lean product development
• ○ Experience with AI-native workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.)
• ○ Background in one or more of our product verticals (sports, fitness, beauty, tech, travel)
• ○ Data-driven decision-making skills
• ○ Values growth and experience over set responsibilities and structure
