We operate 500+ web properties across 42 markets and run deeply AI-native workflows. Our team is fully remote with members across Vietnam, Europe, the Balkans, and Latin America.
The Role
We're hiring a Brand Visibility Lead to own the earned-media surface across our Flywheel Motion client engagements. This role lives outside owned channels: partnerships, podcast and conference placement, niche community distribution, and — when a client scopes it — traditional digital PR.
You spot the right partner, podcast, panel, or community for a client's positioning and you land them in it. The work is shared across active engagements and allocated proportionally per retainer. You'll work with the Brand Strategy Director on positioning targets and with the Editorial Producer on amplifying the moments you create.
What You'll Do
- ▶ Identify and develop content partnerships — guest posts, co-authored pieces, cross-promotional swaps, newsletter feature exchanges
- ▶ Book podcast appearances, conference talks, panels, and speaker slots that match each client's positioning
- ▶ Build distribution into niche communities where the right audience already lives — Reddit, topical Discords, Substack networks, online forums
- ▶ When clients scope traditional digital PR (Climate Champions, PIMS, etc.): pitch journalists, secure bylines, work query platforms (HARO, MuckRack, Featured.com, Qwoted)
- ▶ Use AI to research targets, personalize outreach, and operate at a pace manual workflows can't match
- ▶ Track placements, measure visibility outcomes, and iterate the outreach playbook by what actually moves audience growth
Who You Are
- ✓ You think in terms of placements and partnerships, not press releases — the work is relationships and the discipline is consistent follow-through
- ✓ Active in at least one creator / founder / niche-expert community — you know how distribution actually works in 2026, not how it worked when PR was newspaper outreach
- ✓ Comfortable with at least one major PR query platform (HARO, MuckRack, Featured.com, Qwoted, or comparable) — useful even when traditional PR isn't the primary scope
- ✓ Strong AI adopter — you use AI to research targets, personalize messages, and ship more outreach per hour than a manual operator could
- ✓ Proactive and self-managed; you don't wait for a brief — you find the angle and go
- ✓ Very good written and spoken English — pitches read crisp and natural, host calls land, partnership negotiations stay clear
- ✓ Available during US business hours (overlap with ET / PT required for podcast host calls, partnership negotiations, and client check-ins)
Experience (Preferred)
- ○ 2+ years in earned media, partnerships, podcast booking, community management, or digital PR
- ○ Demonstrable wins — podcast bookings, conference placements, partnership deals, or notable community-driven distribution
- ○ Familiarity with personal branding, thought leadership, or executive visibility work
- ○ Experience with technology, AI, climate, science, or mission-driven verticals is a plus
- ○ Optional but a strong plus: owned or active licenses to PR automation tools and journalist/contact databases such as MuckRack, Prowly, or similar
