About Us

We The Flywheel (WTF) is a private digital product studio active across sports media, technology, fitness, and personal branding. We operate 500+ web properties across 42 markets and run deeply AI-native workflows. Our team is fully remote with members across Vietnam, Europe, the Balkans, and Latin America.

The Role

You'll report to our Head of Design and work alongside our lead brand designer to support a portfolio of roughly six in-house brands — including We The Flywheel, CTAIO, AI Training Plan, Prommer.net, Join The Flywheel, and Tipmaster.

You own the work between the logo and the product — brand guidelines, social templates, OG imagery, and the UI of landing pages and web apps. You're comfortable turning an approved logo system into a documented, usable brand, and you're equally at home designing product screens in Figma against a Tailwind component library.

What You'll Do

  • Produce brand guideline documents (color, type, spacing, logo usage, do/don't) from approved identity systems
  • Design social templates, OG images, and marketing creative at scale across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Partner with engineering on product UI — landing pages, dashboards, marketing funnels — in our Astro / React / Tailwind stack
  • Iterate on logo marks and identity work under the Head of Design's direction
  • Maintain our brand asset library — organized Figma source files, exported assets, versioned guidelines
  • Keep feedback loops tight — async updates in Slack, clean hand-offs to engineering, no dropped threads

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years across brand identity and product/UI — not a pure illustrator, not a pure logo specialist
  • Fluent in Figma and Illustrator; comfortable with design tokens and component systems
  • Ships brand guideline documents without hand-holding — structure, write, lay out, and export
  • Can design in-browser with Tailwind and an existing component library, not just in Figma
  • AI-native — uses image generation, AI layout tools, and LLMs to accelerate craft, not replace it
  • Strong English communicator; reliable in async, distributed, remote workflows

Experience (Preferred)

  • Portfolio with at least two shipped brand systems — logo, guidelines, and applied identity in use
  • Product or web UI work live on the internet — not only mocks
  • Previously worked under or alongside a Head of Design or Design Lead
  • Experience across sports, AI, fitness, or consumer-tech verticals is a plus
