The Role
We're looking for an Agentic Operator based in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) — someone who enjoys working at the intersection of human judgment and AI automation. You'll be the human-in-the-loop: executing account setups, handling logistical tasks, and directing AI agents to complete workflows where human oversight or action is required.
Hybrid — primarily remote with occasional in-person at our Saigon D2 workspace. You'll work directly with our founding team, using AI tools daily to get things done faster and smarter than traditional approaches.
What You'll Do
- ▶ Set up accounts, access credentials, and platform configurations across tools and services
- ▶ Direct and verify AI agents completing multi-step tasks — catching errors, resolving blockers, closing loops
- ▶ Handle logistical operations: onboarding steps, vendor coordination, data entry validation, file management
- ▶ Escalate edge cases to senior team members and document repeatable workflows for automation
Who You Are
- ✓ Comfortable working with AI tools every day — you use them to get things done, not just to experiment
- ✓ Detail-oriented and reliable — you close loops and don't leave tasks half-done
- ✓ A fast self-starter who can figure out unfamiliar platforms without step-by-step guidance
- ✓ Strong written English — you communicate clearly and concisely, especially async
Experience (Preferred, Not Required)
- ○ Experience with account management, virtual assistant, or ops support roles
- ○ Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, or similar
- ○ Heavy AI adopter — Claude, ChatGPT, or similar are part of your daily toolkit
- ○ Comfortable in async, remote-first environments without hand-holding
