How it works

The brief

Find a question real people keep asking that nobody answers well, and pitch the guide or product that should exist. You'll answer:

  1. The reader. Who are they, and what are they trying to get done?
  2. Demand evidence. At least 3 real links: Reddit or forum threads, search suggestions, reviews, questions people ask. One per line, with a few words on each.
  3. Why today's answers fail. What do the current results get wrong, leave out, or hide behind ads?
  4. The concept. A name, the .guide domain or product, and its promise in one line.
  5. First 5 pages or core features. What would launch on day one?
  6. How it makes money. Affiliate, lead gen, subscriptions, sponsorship, a paid tool... Be specific.
  7. Opening paragraph. The first paragraph of the flagship page, up to 150 words. This is where your writing gets judged.
  8. How an AI-operator team would build and run it. Which parts do agents do, which parts need a human, and what's the first week?

How entries are scored

The prize

The winner gets trial access as an AI Operator at We The Flywheel, plus a LinkedIn post written together with Tom Prommer, Group CEO, for his 10k+ network. The winner picks what the post is for: a job ask, an endorsement or an announcement of their own.

We pick the winner from the top five when the hackathon closes.
