We operate 500+ web properties across 42 markets and run deeply AI-native workflows. Our team is fully remote with members across Vietnam, Europe, the Balkans, and Latin America.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Digital PR & Media Outreach Specialist to help grow the online visibility and personal brand of our leadership — starting with our Group CEO, Thomas Prommer. This is a proactive, relationship-driven role focused on securing media placements, expert quote features, content partnerships, and profile-building opportunities across relevant online channels.
You know how to work journalist databases, monitor incoming query platforms, and craft pitches that land. You stay current, adapt quickly, and use AI to operate at a level most people can't keep up with.
What You'll Do
- ▶ Pitch and secure editorial placements, expert quotes, and bylines in relevant publications and newsletters
- ▶ Monitor and respond to journalist queries via HARO, Featured.com, Qwoted, and similar platforms
- ▶ Identify and develop content partnerships — guest posts, podcast bookings, co-authored pieces, link features
- ▶ Research and build targeted media lists using MuckRack and other journalist databases
- ▶ Manage and expand outreach pipelines; track coverage, measure impact, report results
- ▶ Continuously test and refine outreach techniques — what works today may not work in six months
Who You Are
- ✓ Hands-on with digital PR tools — MuckRack, HARO, Featured.com, Qwoted, or comparable platforms
- ✓ Strong AI adopter — you use AI to research, personalize pitches, and operate at a pace manual workflows can't match
- ✓ Proactive and self-managed; you don't wait to be told what to pitch — you find the angle and go
- ✓ Strong English communicator — pitches are crisp, well-positioned, and human
- ✓ Keeps up with industry trends and consistently upgrades their approach
Experience (Preferred)
- ○ 1–3 years in digital PR, media relations, or link building
- ○ Track record of landed placements — publications, podcasts, expert roundups, or similar
- ○ Familiarity with personal branding, thought leadership, or executive visibility work
- ○ Experience with technology, AI, or business media verticals is a plus
- ○ Optional but a strong plus: owned or active licenses to PR automation tools and journalist/contact databases such as MuckRack, Prowly, or similar
