What it is
Most traineeships hand you tasks. This one hands you a product. You pick one of the products we already run, set the metric you want to move, and run it like it's your own business: users, roadmap, shipping, growth and revenue.
It's built for people who think like entrepreneurs and want to prove it on something real, with real traffic, instead of starting from zero alone. You don't need a degree or a past title, just proof that you can ship.
How you earn
You join on a revenue share, as your own solopreneur, not as an employee. What you earn depends on the results of the product you run, not on the hours you log. We agree the metric and the share with you before you start, and they're written into your agreement.
Hours are flexible, under 30 a week. You work remotely, from anywhere.
How it works
- Apply and take the 30-minute test. Pick a product, choose one metric to move, and write your plan for the first 90 days.
- Agree your terms. If your plan is strong, we agree the metric and how you earn, and you start.
- Run your product. Ship every week using our tools and AI agents, and report on your metric as you go.
- Keep running it. Move your numbers and you keep running one of our products as your own business, with a bigger share as it grows.
