AI Operator Team Lead

We're hiring an AI Operator Team Lead for We The Flywheel (wetheflywheel.com) — a group company running a portfolio of AI-native brands and properties. You'd lead the distributed L1–L3 Agentic Operator team. This 45-minute task is the actual job: envision the operator task surface, ship an enablement doc, make a real performance call, allocate competing work across people and agents, and design the tooling you'd want to run it all.

Before you start

A small team will read your submission personally. We're trying to find people we can actually work with — not run you through a gauntlet. A few things to know:

45 minutes starts when you click Begin. Not before. Open the link, read the questions, then start the timer when you're ready.
Use any tools you like. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Figma, your bookmarks — we want to see how you actually work, not how you perform without your stack.
Partial answers are fine. Finishing three questions with depth beats finishing all of them at half-quality.
The clock is on our side. Refreshing the page won't reset it; closing the tab won't pause it. But if life genuinely interrupts, reply to the invite email and we'll figure something out — we're human about it.
