The Role
We're hiring our first AI Operator Team Lead — a player-coach who leads our distributed L1–L3 Agentic Operator team. You'll own how the team works: the enablement docs they run from, how new operators ramp, how performance is measured, and how work gets allocated across people and AI agents — all AI-led, mostly by directing AI rather than doing things by hand.
Remote from Ho Chi Minh City or anywhere in Vietnam, with occasional in-person meetings in District 2. You'll work directly with the founding team and the agentic leadership, building the systems that let a small team run a big portfolio.
What You'll Do
- ▶Lead and develop the L1–L3 operator team — set the bar, unblock, and grow people from Operator to Engineer
- ▶Own enablement — build the SOPs and docs the team runs from, and keep them current (AI-maintained)
- ▶Own onboarding — get a new operator shipping real work in their first week
- ▶Run performance management — measure output by signal, coach, and make the hard calls
- ▶Allocate work across people and AI agents so competing priorities keep moving — and you still build yourself
Who You Are
- ✓You've led people before — and you lead by building systems, not by micromanaging
- ✓A genuine player-coach — you still ship, and you direct AI to get real things done
- ✓Systems thinker — you turn messy, competing work into clear process other people can run
- ✓Strong written English — clear, concise, especially async
Experience (Preferred, Not Required)
- ○Team lead, ops manager, or similar people-leadership experience
- ○Built enablement, onboarding, or performance processes from scratch
- ○Heavy AI adopter — Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or similar are part of your daily toolkit
- ○Based in or near Ho Chi Minh City and able to meet occasionally in District 2
